Growing up in France, I absorbed our cultural belief that seduction is an art de vivre—a fundamental part of daily life that flows naturally through every interaction.

For 15 years, I built my career in New York's wine industry, where I was surrounded by men—colleagues and clients who were remarkably successful in their professional lives yet often struggled in their personal relationships.

This cultural contrast fascinated me. While I brought my French perspective to America, I watched as the men around me navigated the impossible standards of modern masculinity. Then my life took an unexpected turn. After going through a difficult separation in 2022, I found myself rebuilding from scratch. During this challenging time, I discovered Tantra—not as the oversexualized practice often portrayed in media, but as a holistic approach to deeper connection with oneself and others.

This experience led me to pursue formal training in both Tantra and the Somatica Method of sex and relationship coaching.
